All products are new, unless otherwise specified, and of first-class quality. Returns will be accepted within 30 days for a refund on purchases from our site. Returns must be received and inspected before a refund or credit is issued. If your purchase was eligible for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the return credit. Returned items must be in good condition. The purchaser will be responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item which must be done using a trackable shipping method. Please email us at sales@magnepull.com so a Return Authorization number can be issued.
